Reduce the risks, convince yourselve and your investors

The Livingstone feasibility study is an analysis that takes all of a project’s relevant factors into account—including economic, technical, legal, and scheduling considerations—to ascertain the likelihood of a succesful horticultural project. The feasibility study can be used to discern the pros and cons of undertaking a greenhouse of GrowLab project before investing a lot of time and money into it.  The Livingstone feasibility studies also provide production planning, risk management (and mitigation), a SWOT analysis and management structures. All reports are based on the plot assessment and conditions defined by the customer and/or investors.

The Livingstone business plan is a strategic multi-year plan for  current or new business.  The plan describes the possibilities of establishing, maintaining and expanding business, what the associated risks are and what decisions are needed for success. An important part of the business plan is the business case. This financial section is included in the plan if a decision has to be made about a significant investment for the realization of that new business. The Livingstone Business Plan also includes investment budgets, cash flow calculations and financial key figures like ROI and IRR.
